This website has no demo request form and does not store booking submissions. Our demo buttons take you to a Google Calendar booking page. When you book, we receive the appointment details and the information you provide there, such as your name and email address. We also collect information you provide when you email or otherwise communicate with us.

If you become a client, we may process the lead details, customer lists, old quotes, message content, replies, and booking information you provide so we can deliver the agreed service. Please do not include patient health information or confidential legal case details in your demo booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to arrange your demo, respond to inquiries, manage follow-up, provide customer support, maintain and improve our services, send service notices, and comply with legal obligations. Booking a demo does not give consent to marketing texts. This website does not send text messages.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with your consent, as necessary to provide our services, or as required by law. Google processes booking information under its Privacy Policy. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the website and respond to communications. Providers may process data outside Canada.
